Shipping & returns
What happens after you order, and what you can do if it turns out not to be what you were looking for.
- Shipping
Orders leave the workshop within 1 – 2 working days. A personalised collar is made to measure first and may take a day longer.
Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1 – 2 working days, within the EU 3 – 5 working days.
Shipping costs €4.95. From €75.00 we ship free of charge.
- Returns
You have 30 days to send your order back, counted from the day you receive it. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal continues to apply alongside that.
The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. A collar that has already been worn is not something we can sell again.
Report your return by email and you will get the instructions back. The amount is returned to your account within a week of receipt.
- Exchanging for another size
If the size is off, tell us which size you do want when you report the return. We will set it aside and send it as soon as the first one arrives.
Personalised items are made per order. We only take those back if there is something wrong with the product itself.
- Warranty
Material and construction faults carry 2 years of warranty.
Normal wear falls outside that: leather darkening and brass building a patina are part of the material. If you are unsure which applies, send a photo along.
